JAMES HORMEL, SODOMITE
James Hormel, heir to the meatpacking company fortune, has been nominated by President Clinton to be the U.S. ambassador to Luxembourg. Hormel is openly homosexual. Hormel is an activist who advocates for his "life style." He has funded with a half-million dollars the James C. Hormel Gay and Lesbian Center at the San Francisco Public Library, and has also given thousands more to help produce a "documentary" on homosexuality intended to be shown to schoolchildren. Such contributions, says Senator Hutchinson, are indicative of the "major effort Hormel has made in the last 19 years" supporting homosexuality. "He's unlikely to turn it off," says the senator, should he be confirmed as an ambassador representing the United States.
