Here is an encouraging report. One of our readers had purchased the Dazey Corp large round electric frying pan. Within a few days, the lid had cracked around the edges. The purchaser did not write the dazey company at first, so when they finally got around to it, the warrantee was expired. They did not want to be without the original lid for the many weeks while adjustments were in progress. So the purchaser sent a check for a new lid, but they suggested that Dazey might want to consider sending a new lid free, taking their word for it that it cracked immediately after purchase. They did not expect the company to agree to send a lid free.
The good news-- Dazey Corporation sent the purchaser a new lid and the check was returned uncashed. No questions asked. Salute! Raves and roses for an old fashioned USA ethic. We want to award Dazey Corp. an A+ in customer service. We strongly suggest you look for the Dazey label when shopping for kitchen appliances. Adjustment policy is just as important as price or performance. Dazey is accessible in the USA, while many companies these days make adjustments only if you can speak Japanese or Pakistani.
