Is China really dangerous? Is that the issue?
Update: To get the following in perspective, note the latest report please. The City of Long Beach is now the owner of the former Naval Base, or at lease the port of that base. They are renovating the base to serve as a deep water import/export facility. Once finished, the City of Long Beach will LEASE, NOT SELL, the facility to the highest bidder. That happens to be COSCO, a Chinese merchant marine company. COSCO has been in business in Long Beach for 17 years already and simply want bigger facilities.
It appears that Bill Clinton is right in the middle of this thing, but only to catch a few bucks or favors, NOT to "sell America to the Communists." Hey, cut Clinton some slack. He has to get a retirement nest egg now since few if any Universities are going to hire him as their President, what with his lust to study female anatomy.

Usually, I write my thoughts here and discuss many angles. This time I will tell you what Bill Clinton is doing right up front.
Bill Clinton is trying to provoke the disintegration of the United States. He has systematically attacked the moral and mental fiber of the vast majority of Americans. He foisted queers on the military. He has played with whores in the open so that he would make the US Presidency look filthy. He has killed or approved of a number of deaths of associates. All of America is very suspicious of the Vince Foster and Ron Brown affairs. He has let his wife run him publicly, thus playing the wimp before America's men. All of this is done ON PURPOSE to make you and me hate America.
Now, Bill Clinton is handing a Naval installation, paid for by YOUR tax money, to Communist operatives. And, these operatives have been PROVEN to be involved in intelligence gathering and dope importing. Clinton is trying to destroy America. He hopes the Militia will attack him or one of his projects so he can use the Executive Powers Act to declare himself dictator. If not, he will simply go on diluting the sovereignty of this nation until Americans all become wimps like him.
I fail to see a solution folks. If we revolt, we play into his hands, and if you think the Militia can whip the US Military, you are dead wrong. I know a little about the military's toys and the new zeal in the troops. Retired military men have recently assured me that they were being prepared to attack US civilians.
On the other hand, if we do nothing, we must then watch as our nation is destroyed by drugs and internationalism.
All I can conclude is that God is now about to destroy the USA by using men like Bill Clinton and Alan Greenspan, and there is virtually nothing we can or indeed should do about it. Prophetically, the USA is NOT in the picture in the end times. To resist the world flow of events could easily get us killed for national zeal. As born again saints, we are NOT called to destroy wicked Caesars. Those are the ONLY kind of Caesars Jesus, Paul, and the early Church had to live with, and there is NO record of Jesus, Paul, or the early Church fathers resisting Caesar.
So, having said this, I still feel I need to tell you what I learned about China and Long Beach. I will give you links to go to where you can find the material on which I base my conclusions.
1. China is no longer, and NEVER was, a threat to take over America. Historically, China was not a conquering nation, with perhaps the exception of Ghangis Khan who was not very Chinese by blood.
2. China today is a great threat ONLY in that China is fantastic at copying and marketing everything they can get their hands on. In the 1970s, we bought Three Pigeons pressure lanterns in Ethiopia which were precise copies of Petromax lanterns from Sweden. Virtually every part in one would fit the other. This is how China is a threat to the USA and the world. In fact, Japan did the same thing in the 1950s, or have you forgotten. And, you buy tons of toys from Japan and complain very little, right? China simply wants into the game. India will be next and then Bangladesh. Get used to it friend, if you want cheap toys, you will have to cut some slack for the Chinese. Does this justify giving them US real estate? NO. But, let's cut out the rhetoric about China invading the USA.
3. The USA is also peeking at the Chinese and everyone else they can see via high tech facilities. This is a world game, and to panic because China wants into the game is nuts. Again, it is not too smart to give them a piece of America on which to build their peeking facility. I say we should at least ask for a trade. We should demand a military base in China be given to us.
4. China is more capitalist than the USA. A Chinaman who wants to open a kiosk along the roadside does not need a zoning variance, does not get a visit from the health department, does not have to make an environmental study, does not have to join the Chamber of Commerce, and does not get a visit from the socialist Nature Conservancy. He just puts up the kiosk and sell gongs and trinkets to tourists from Tokyo and Boston, and he has to pay his tax to the officials. I keep trying to tell you groupies, China is leaving us in the dust regarding capitalism.
America is a socialist nation and getting more socialist every day. Our pile of governing potentates and inspectors is a mountain of burden too heavy to bear. If our national economy ever collapsed, 3 million people would be unemployed at once in the national Federal level alone. They would revolt since most of them are not working that hard to stay employed, and they could well become the free loading street beggars of a depressed nation, that is, assuming we are doomed to national collapse as many have predicted.
So it is a cheap shot to try to make China something which WE are. Chinese leaders are letting go of their society in almost all areas. They have a way to go in some areas yet, but the drift is toward freedom. Our drift is clearly toward a BATF Neo-Nazi Gustachi nation of SS brown shirts watching our every move. What crass hypocrisy to cast China in OUR mold. Washington DC is in fact Peking 1948 in many respects.
I must say, I am a bigot. I have eaten in Communist restaurants in other nations. The waiters were spies, and everyone knew it. But, the food was fantastic. Could it be that Bill Clinton actually knows something we don't know? Could it be that someone cut a trade deal verbally in which China will balance the trade mess with Europe and Japan? Chinese businessmen could well enter the trade war for America's soul, and prices at Wal-Mart and K-Mart could drop 40%. China makes most of the epoxy the world uses to make computer chips, and Malaysia and Indonesia make most of the chips. To a man from Mars it would look a bit silly to see us buying mountains of Chinese goods yet treating China like our arch enemy.
It seems to me that a trade relationship with China could turn a lot more friendly than our 50 year experiment with Japan. While Japan was selling us Nikon cameras and Datsuns, they put restrictions on Louisville Slugger baseball bats. The Japanese are very rough on China and Southeast Asia. Japan has also been very devious and stealth prone with the USA. On the other hand, Chinese businessmen and government agencies have been conditioned by a long era of British colonial "stiff upper lip" business savy followed by Mao's forced simplification of Chinese life. This has resulted in a hard nosed and much more friendly business strategy with foreign business and trade dealings. A quiet but abrupt switch from Japan to China in commerce would put Japan on the defensive finally, and I believe that would be just great.
Also, China is actually far advanced in certain areas. Example: A flat (half inch thick and very high resolution) computer monitor screen of LCD design made in China costs $300 in China. In the USA, the same screen is minimum $2000. Now, what will happen? Answer: By tradition in the trade world, Japan will export the screens to us one day for about $700 to $800. China would export them to us for probably $350. You figure that out. Our electronics trade and market is based on the lowest cost in the world, not in Texas. China has this vast reservoir of products waiting for the day the doors finally open. Why are we still playing Japan's game? I have a feeling that somewhere in high places in banking and in the White House someone may have figured this out, and Long Beach is just a small bit of strategy in the game to put Japan out of business.
Let's face it folks, the White race has NEVER known how to relate to Orientals. I think this fact has a lot to do with the present response by US conservatives. I am not impressed with the Militia's zeal to attack the FBI or anyone else. This Militia could easily become the Mafia and the Hell's Angels of the 2000s as I see it. I wish they would go back to Oklahoma and mind their own business.

Question:
Did anyone tell you that the Chinese are LEASING the Naval Base from the USA at Long Beach? Right. That would really dilute the tale a bit wouldn't it. The Chinese will NOT be sovereign on that property after all.
Also, I would like to know who else wants to use the Naval Base. Is it possible that Clinton has found a way to turn old unwanted facilities into cash? If so, THAT also would change the picture a bit.
