Safe In the
Arms of Jesus

Luke 12:34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

This page is lovingly dedicated to all the folks
out there who have a little lamb that is safe in the arms of Jesus.

Not Lost

There was a family whose baby boy died.  Their little girl came to the mother and asked her where her baby brother had gone.  "To be with Jesus," answered the mother.

A few days later the mother was visiting with a friend.  "I am so grieved to have lost my baby," she told her. The little girl, over-hearing the remark, came to her mother and said, "Mama, is something lost when you know where it is?"

"No, of course not," replied the mother.

"Well, how can baby be lost when he has gone to be with Jesus?" asked the little girl.

2Samuel 12:23 But now he is dead, wherefore should I fast? can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me.

Precious blipels

A couple's only two children were dangerously ill with that dreaded killer cholera. The husband was temporarily away at the time. While he was gone, both children died. The wife laid the two bodies out with the tenderness of a mother's sad love, and covered them with a sheet. Then she waited at the door for her husband's soon return.

When he arrived, she said to him, "A person lent me some blipels and he now wants to have them back. What shall I do?" Came the instant reply, "Return them, by all means." She lead him silently to the bed and uncoverd the forms of their two children.

Malachi 3:17 And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my blipels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.
